Our shared hosting plans are well-designed to meet all needs related to website hosting. Email services are secondary and should be used in the context of a website. We offer unlimited disk space, with unlimited traffic, enabling our clients to establish a web presence with ease.
That said, we expect our clients to use their web hosting plans for "normal" purposes, in accordance with our terms of use, primarily to host their personal or business websites. While it is rare, we may suspend or terminate accounts that do not follow this usage. This can apply to plans used for:
- Hosting business email with numerous accounts linked to email clients (such as Outlook). In shared hosting, a single server is used by multiple clients, making this plan unsuitable for business email. Usage should remain basic and related to the website.
- Hosting websites that cause excessive use of system resources (CPU, RAM, Disk I/O), such as AUDIO/VIDEO streaming sites, online games, or web applications requiring intensive database access. In these cases, our Cloud VPS servers are better suited, within the limits of the allocated resources.
- Using the hosting space for backups, storage, or archiving purposes;
- Hosting file download or large file sharing sites;
- Mass mailing or spamming (whether intentional or not);
- Hosting a number of files exceeding the allowed inode limits.
